RYZE Superfoods supports eligible returns and exchanges through a guided customer-service process. Please arrange the return with us first, so that the correct postage method and parcel destination can be supplied.

The return period and condition of goods

A request to return or exchange goods should reach us within 30 days of delivery. An unwanted purchase must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging. Provide the order number or another proof of purchase. We review the request and explain the agreed steps before you post the parcel.

Who pays for the journey back

Return postage for eligible change-of-mind requests is paid by the store. We also pay the necessary return shipping for damaged, defective, wrong or incomplete goods. A prepaid label or another merchant-funded return method is supplied, without a restocking fee. Damage, faults and fulfilment errors

Please send purchase details and useful photographs if goods are damaged, defective, missing or different from the order. We investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy. Conditions concerning an unused unwanted purchase do not restrict statutory rights concerning faulty goods or incorrect or incomplete supply.

Inspection and payment back to you

The return is checked after it arrives. If approved, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt, inspection and approval. Your financial institution or payment service may need additional time to post the credit. For an exchange, support confirms the replacement and its availability with you.

Requests made before dispatch

If an order needs cancelling or correcting, reach us promptly before shipment. We will check its processing stage, but cannot guarantee that fulfilment can still be stopped. After dispatch the returns procedure applies. Any rights or remedies that applicable law makes mandatory remain in place.
